Courageous Imagination

Leah Reesor-Keller"What is now possible that wasn’t before? This is a question I want to explore with you as we seek to follow God’s leading for us as the people of Mennonite Church Eastern Canada.

We’re on a journey together that requires courageous imagination to open us to seeing where the Spirit is at work among us and in the world. In the midst of the pandemic, in the midst of social upheaval, in the midst of people and creation in crisis, God is busy doing new things, and making a way where there was no way. This is an unsettled time, but we have the gift of our faith tradition to draw on, and our active hope in God’s restorative love for us and the world that is moving all things toward wholeness, peace and shalom even if that is not always visible to us.
