Lending Period
Each resource has a four week lending period before the overdue policy applies.

Charges
No charge to borrowers within the MCEC constituency.

A $10 fee plus shipping fee to non-constituent borrowers will apply. An invoice will be shipped with the resource. MCEC will determine where resources can be shipped.

Overdue and Lost Resources
An electronic notice is sent to the borrower seven days prior to the due date. A second notice is sent the day after the due date. A reminder is sent to the borrower 14 days after the due date.
The libraian does not charge fines for overdue items, but when items become more than ninety days overdue, they will be considered lost and the borrower will be billed for replacing the item.
