The ideal candidate will have received some training in an Anabaptist seminary or have had pastoral experience in an Anabaptist congregation, developed a solid grounding and commitment to Anabaptist theology along the way, devoted a sufficient amount of time to developing the spiritual life through the practice of spiritual disciplines, a good relationship with God through Jesus Christ and the ability to cultivate good relationships with others, both within and outside the family of faith.
