Understanding the Role and Function of the Pastor Congregation Relations Committee

 The morning session will focus on learning how congregations of various sizes and structures perform this role, as well as suggestions for helping the committee to function even better. The afternoon session will focus on a specific issue that many PCRC committees deal with - that of confidentiality, anonymity, and secrecy.
