Many leaders within congregations know that their organizational structure is not working as well as it should be, but trying to figure out how to change it is an overwhelming challenge. This session is aimed at breaking that challenge down and making it much less overwhelming. You will hear a real life example, look at some basic principles for restructuring, and start to think about your own situation.
