	Administrators Day 2009 The Rise and Fall of the Church Bulletin. Administrators from across MCEC gathered around the common theme of the congregational bulletin and its relation to other communication areas within the congregation. It was a day of encouragement, support and laughter as administrators connected with friends and colleagues.
