	Discretionary Retirement Fund Supports our faithful pastoral leaders and/or their spouses who served the church prior to the introduction of the conference pension.
	Leadership Enrichment Fund Assists opportunities for study, rest, and rejuvenation of pastors in their sabbath from congregational ministry.
	Operating Fund Fosters leadership development and encouragement through the ongoing ministries of MCEC.
	Technology and Communication Enables the use of technology to share stories or resources and to connect leadership throughout MCEC via print, web, conversation and other media.
	Theological Leadership Development Fund Provides education grants for persons studying for ministry.
	Third Century Outreach Fund Provides support for congregational leadership needs in new and emerging congregations.
	Transitioning into Ministry A formational program for pastors who are new to ministry and the congregations who support them.
