A Day Apart for Spiritual Refreshment, Prayer, and Journaling - Springtime Joy with Miriam Frey
The leader orients the group to God and to the theme of the day, and offers suggestions for prayer. The rest of the morning is spent in quiet reflection. The afternoon follows the same pattern and closes with a group reflection. Those who wish to may eat lunch together. During the quiet times, the leader is available for private conversation.
 
Bring Bible, journal, and a bag lunch.
