Caring for Self and Others

 

Pastoral ministry is carried out in the context of relationships. Sometimes these relationships are conflictual, sometimes they are intense or intimate, sometimes they are friendly or collaborative, and sometimes businesslike. Responsible pastors are constantly required to assess the relationships they are involved in and to respond in a way that brings healing and growth to the other while caring for oneself.
 
This seminar will assist pastors to understand the complexity of relationships, their own relational style, and will explore appropriate ways to respond in a variety of situations.
 
This workshop will be repeated in the Leamington area in March, 2011. Please watch for details.
